Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage motorcycle & commercial vehicle loan collections
- Lead and motivate field collection team
- Ensure recovery targets are met within timelines
- Conduct field visits and handle delinquent accounts
- Maintain compliance with company collection policies
- Provide regular reporting and MIS updates
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of field collections experience (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and recovery skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Age limit: Max 30 years (as per company norms)
Qualifications
- Graduation (full-time only, no distance learning)
Salary
Up to ₹6.4 LPA (CTC)
