BDE: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for:
  
  • Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)
    
  • Fixed Deposits
    
• Conduct field visits to generate business leads.
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth.
  

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Willingness to work in field sales.
  
• Ability to build and maintain customer trust.
  

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates.
  
• Local resident or studied in the city.
  
• Age: 22 to 28 years.
  
• Bike & a valid driving license are mandatory.
  
• Male & Female candidates can apply.
  

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
