BFSI Recruiter – Bulk Hiring
We are looking for a BFSI Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience and hands-on exposure to bulk hiring, particularly for entry-level Sales and Collections roles across Banks and NBFCs.
We need someone who understands the candidate market and can build sourcing pipelines independently, rather than relying only on available job portal databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI bulk hiring mandates
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local networks, colleges and training institutes
- Conduct field visits and market mapping to identify new candidate pockets and sourcing channels
- Build and maintain an independent candidate database
- Screen candidates for role fit, communication and joining intent
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections and onboarding
- Organize and support walk-ins and bulk hiring drives
- Work towards defined hiring and closure targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in BFSI / Banking / NBFC bulk hiring
- Exposure to Sales and/or Collections hiring
- Good understanding of the Mumbai candidate market
- Strong sourcing, networking and candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable with field sourcing and exploring new recruitment channels
- Immediate joiners preferred
