Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the agency team to achieve Year-to-Date (YTD) business targets.
- Recruit, hire, and license advisors to expand the team.
- Guide and motivate team members to meet sales goals and improve overall performance.
- Travel within Coimbatore and Pondicherry regions to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
- Monitor market trends and leverage local area knowledge to grow business.Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the agency vertical of Life Insurance (LI) or Health Insurance (HI).
- At least 2 years of proven team-handling experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore and Pondicherry market areas.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locations.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any specialization (10th, 12th + 3-year degree/diploma).
- Post-graduation is an added advantage.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years.
