About the Role
A leading Private Bank has invited applications for the position of BDM. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in the banking and financial services sector.
Selected candidates will undergo professional banking training and will be appointed as Sales Officers across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and understand their banking requirements.
- Generate leads through field sales activities.
- Promote and sell the Bank’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Travel within the assigned city as required for business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Experience: 0–1 year.
- Age: Less than 27 years (Preferred: 24–25 years).
- Good verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong interest in sales with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bike and Driving Licence are good to have but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned city and should not be rigid about the assigned location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹2.70 LPA
- Incentives: around ₹15,000
