CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA fixed plus incentives
About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished BPO Head to lead and drive our Business Process Outsourcing division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end SAP processes (preferably for Third Party Outsourcing – TPO business) and a proven track record in transition management, automation, process optimization, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Leadership:

Lead and manage end-to-end BPO operations across multiple business verticals.

Define and execute the strategic roadmap, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and operational excellence.

Optimize service delivery through effective resource management and process automation.
SAP & Process Management (TPO Focus):

Oversee SAP operations including Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice Management, and Payment Reconciliation.

Ensure seamless SAP integration with client systems and maintain process compliance.

Collaborate with IT and process excellence teams for workflow automation and issue resolution.
People & Performance Management:

Lead large cross-functional teams and foster a performance-driven culture.

Build capability through training managers and team leads on process, system, and compliance.

Ensure engagement, performance, and retention across teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
Financial & Compliance Management:

Manage operational profitability and cost control.

Oversee P&L for BPO operations and ensure billing accuracy.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Expert in SAP-driven TPO business processes; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

Strong leadership experience managing large-scale BPO operations.

Proficient in process re-engineering, quality frameworks, and business analytics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills. Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

SAP Certification (MM/SD/FICO) highly desirable.
Experience Required:

8-10 years overall, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale BPO operations
