Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and growth-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s strategic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end P&L ownership, extensive business leadership experience, and a proven track record in driving revenue, profitability, operational excellence, digital transformation, and organizational scalability. The CEO must possess strong governance capabilities and the ability to independently review functions, ask critical questions, and ensure control, compliance, and performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and business roadmap.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business expansion avenues.
- Drive digital transformation, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
- Enhance organizational resilience through structured planning and strategic foresight.
P&L Management
- Take full accountability for the organization’s profit & loss, revenue targets, and cost management.
- Optimize financial performance across business units, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Monitor financial KPIs, forecast performance, and drive operational efficiencies.
Business Operations & Execution
- Oversee daily operations across all business verticals to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Implement scalable processes, operational excellence frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational goals.
Stakeholder & Board Management
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide strategic insights and business updates.
- Build strong relationships with investors, partners, OEMs, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry forums, government bodies, and external events.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance leadership team across functions.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development.
Financial & Risk Governance
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Oversee budgets, financial planning, audits, and business reviews.
- Safeguard the organization’s governance standards and business continuity mechanisms.
Review & Governance Excellence
- Independently review key matters across functions and ask the right questions to ensure clarity and control.
- Understand the fundamentals of all functional areas—operations, finance, HR, SCM, sales, marketing, service, and support.
- Strengthen governance by ensuring timely reviews, structured reporting, and accountability at all levels.
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead the digitizationof processes and establish system-driven workflows across functions.
- Introduce dashboards, MIS tools, and analytic-drivenmonitoring systems to enable real-time insights.
- Promote automation, reduce manual interventions, and improve organizational transparency.
- Build a technology-enabled culture focused on efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualification & Background
- MBA with experience managing multi-site, multi-business, or large-scale operations.
- Proven track record of transforming underperforming units or scaling growth-focused organizations.
- Exposure to implementing digital transformation projects, ERP/CRM systems, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
