Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage collections for Motorcycle & Commercial Vehicle products.
- Lead and guide a team to achieve collection targets.
- Handle channel partners and ensure smooth collection operations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, H LOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Requirements
- Graduate (Regular – No Distance Learning).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in collections.
- 1.5–2 years of mandatory team-handling experience.
- Channel management experience preferred.
- Good CIBIL score (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Age limit: Up to 31 years (strictly followed).
Qualifications
Graduated in any discipline.
Salary: Up to ₹6.4 LPA + ₹1.6 LPA variables.
