Role: DMS/SFA Executive
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Full Office
CTC up to 5LPA
Travel: May be required for distributor visits, trainings, or issue resolution
Role Overview
The DMS Executive supports day-to-day operations, adoption, and smooth functioning of the
Distributor Management System. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to
detail, comfort with field interactions, and disciplined execution of support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Application Support
- Log, track, and resolve basic operational issues (order failures, login issues, SKU
visibility, sync delays).
- Escalate L2/L3 issues with complete documentation.
- Maintain distributor/CSO user access and ensure correct role mapping.
- Monitor ticket queues and follow defined SLAs for closure.
- Training & Adoption Support
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new distributors, sales reps, and field teams.
- Track user activity daily (logins, orders submitted, system usage).
- Follow up with inactive / low-usage users and drive corrections.
- Support implementation activities during new distributor deployments.
- Reporting & Field Coordination
- Publish daily/weekly reports:
– Order submission status
– Distributor coverage and order cycles
– Issue logs and resolution status
- Follow up with field teams on order anomalies, incorrect entries, or pending actions.
- Support the DMS Lead during reviews with business teams.
- Data Quality & Compliance
- Verify primary and secondary sales data for consistency.
- Ensure timely closure of distributor masters, SKU updates, price changes, promotions,etc.
- Flag data mismatches and support RCA with DMS Lead/Product team.
- Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in DMS / SFA / sales operations preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of distributor processes, secondary sales, and field force workflows.
- Basic Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
