🚀 Hiring: DMS Lead – Bangalore (2 Positions | Urgent)
We’re looking for a DMS Lead to manage end-to-end Distributor Management System operations, drive adoption, and support business teams. Full-office role + occasional travel.
👉 ASM / ASE with working knowledge of DMS & SFA, and experience in business value creation & quantification should apply.
📍 Location: Bangalore (Full-office)
✈️ Travel: For implementation & training as needed

🔧Key Responsibilities
– Handle incidents end-to-end (order failures, login issues, data mismatches) & meet SLAs
– Conduct RCA, fix recurring issues, manage distributor/CSO onboarding
– Support UAT, test scenarios, validate fixes & assist with feature rollouts
– Track user adoption, conduct trainings (remote/onsite), publish dashboards
– Monitor primary/secondary sales trends & publish daily/weekly reports
– Participate in business/product reviews and share incident updates

💡Experience with DMS/sales systems (preferred)
