Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Epicor Sr. Functional Consultant with a focus on Epicor Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in documenting requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and conducting internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to establish As-Is and To-Be business processes in the Finance Module.
- Document client requirements meticulously and accurately.
- Design and configure Epicor solutions tailored to meet client needs, with a focus on the Finance Module.
- Conduct comprehensive internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with client expectations.
- Guide the project team through proactive training, knowledge sharing, and communication of best practices.
- Assist customers with solution design and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in processes related to the Finance Module using Epicor 10 / Epicor Kinetic.
- Customization of the Epicor Finance module
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or higher, or equivalent, is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Epicor.
- Proven expertise in Epicor Finance and Accounts processes.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to drive projects to completion.
