About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and execution-driven Operations Head to lead our end-to-end BFSI Staffing Operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role that requires someone who can drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and create a culture of accountability and ownership within fast-paced delivery teams.
You will be the key anchor ensuring seamless execution across the entire staffing lifecycle—from requirement intake to onboarding to associate exits.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Delivery Leadership
- Lead Program Managers, delivery teams, and support functions across BFSI staffing operations.
- Oversee and ensure seamless delivery across the entire staffing lifecycle:
- Requirement intake & manpower planning
- Recruitment coordination
- Documentation & compliance
- Offer & pre-joining management
- Onboarding & deployment
- Associate engagement & support
- Issue resolution & escalation management
- Offboarding & exit formalities
Governance & Process Excellence
- Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and timely closures.
- Implement strong operational governance, SOP adherence, and process standardization.
- Monitor delivery performance, TATs, onboarding success, compliance, and service quality.
- Identify operational gaps, manage escalations, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct regular client reviews, performance discussions, and governance meetings.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and dependable execution.
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring consistency, transparency, and reliability in operations.
Issue & Escalation Handling
- Manage high-pressure scenarios related to onboarding delays, compliance gaps, payroll issues, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure issues are resolved with speed, accuracy, and long-term fixes.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–15+ years of experience in Staffing Operations / Recruitment Operations / Workforce Management.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing BFSI staffing accounts.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale staffing operations and delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to drive strong operational discipline and build high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Must be willing to work full-time from the Chennai office.
