💰 Salary : ₹2.4 – ₹4 LPA
🤝Experience : 6 months to 3 years
🎓 Graduate in any discipline
🌙 Comfortable with shift work (including weekends/night shifts)
🗣️ Strong communication in English or Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
As a Heartbeat Angel, you’ll be the first point of contact during emergencies — the calm voice ☎️ guiding someone through one of the toughest moments of their life.
Key Responsibilities
⚡ Respond to real-time medical alerts
⚡ Assess patient condition, location & point of contact
⚡ Coordinate with ambulance teams, doctors, hospitals, TPAs, and insurers
⚡ Update case details in the Emergency Management Portal
⚡ Stay calm, empathetic & solution-focused under pressure
⚡Participate in regular training, drills & performance reviews
Training & Support
⚡Certified training in First Response & BLS
⚡ Hands-on training on company’s emergency tools & dashboard
⚡Regular refresher sessions & drills
⚡Growth opportunities into supervisory/training roles
