By providing an easy way to reach them through a QR code or call, The company acts as a single point of contact to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in medical emergencies, ensuring swift ambulance services, automatic notification of emergency contacts, and guidance from a doctor until the patient reaches the hospital, thereby saving lives and ensuring the safety of loved ones.

Role Description

As we embark on an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking an Associate – Human Resources. The Associate – Human Resources will be responsible for daily HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee payroll and ensuring applicable compliance with HR regulations. In the initial days, the role will have a high focus on identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent across multiple functions & processes. The role works closely with our founder and leadership team and has immense learning opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR function in general and Talent Acquisition in particular across role categories
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques & Job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job portals) and Exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes,
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications must have:

  • Bachelor’s/ Post graduate degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and solve problems.
  • Passion for company’s mission and values.

This is an onsite role, and the candidate must be willing to commute to the work location.
