Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR functions from Talent Acquisition to Talent Retention for group employees, including client-deployed full-time staff.
- Lead Talent Acquisition for Group Head Office (HO) and OM & above cadre for client organizations, ensuring alignment with TAT and SLA.
- Manage talent acquisition processes for HO organization and client requirements as per SOPs and guidelines.
- Drive Talent Reward Management for HO organization, ensuring competitive pay structures for Supervisor & above cadres by leveraging platforms and processes.
- Design and execute a Talent Framework to strengthen internal pipelines for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Oversee Client Management and Recruitment for frontline, grey-collar, and white-collar roles, both internal and external (including IT recruitment).
- Serve as HRBP, ensuring proactive engagement and alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and processes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, from executive-level to managerial roles, with a strong focus on the FMCG sector.
- Hands-on expertise in Talent Management and HRBP functions.
- Strong understanding of market-aligned talent reward practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR across talent acquisition, management, and HRBP roles.
