HR Professional (Talent Acquisition & HRBP)

Job Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions from Talent Acquisition to Talent Retention for group employees, including client-deployed full-time staff.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition for Group Head Office (HO) and OM & above cadre for client organizations, ensuring alignment with TAT and SLA.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes for HO organization and client requirements as per SOPs and guidelines.
  • Drive Talent Reward Management for HO organization, ensuring competitive pay structures for Supervisor & above cadres by leveraging platforms and processes.
  • Design and execute a Talent Framework to strengthen internal pipelines for mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Oversee Client Management and Recruitment for frontline, grey-collar, and white-collar roles, both internal and external (including IT recruitment).
  • Serve as HRBP, ensuring proactive engagement and alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and processes.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, from executive-level to managerial roles, with a strong focus on the FMCG sector.
  • Hands-on expertise in Talent Management and HRBP functions.
  • Strong understanding of market-aligned talent reward practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR across talent acquisition, management, and HRBP roles.
