Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, subcontractor bills, and RA bills with accurate rates.
- Verify contractor bills against site measurements and tender rates.
- Conduct on-site measurements and perform random physical checks.
- Check and certify bills across multiple trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Generate weekly/monthly cost reports and assist the Project Manager with billing documentation.
- Manage material reconciliation and adjust advances as per contract terms.
- Finalize project billing and submit consolidated summary data to the Head Office.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project coordination and billing management.
- Hands-on experience in cost estimation and budget control.
- Technical understanding of construction drawings and execution.
- Proficiency in billing, documentation, and contract management.
- Skilled in planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/ERP software.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in billing, depending on role (Junior/Senior).
