About the Role
We are seeking experienced Master Data Management professionals to support enterprise SAP ECC 6.0 environments. The role focuses on end-to-end master data creation, maintenance, governance, and quality across multiple business domains. Candidates must be execution-oriented, quick learners, and comfortable working in fast-changing operational environments.
Two levels are open:
- MDM Executive
- MDM Master
CTC MDM Executive – up to 15LPA
MDM Master up to 30LPA
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Perform hands-on master data maintenance in SAP ECC 6.0 for:
- Article / Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Customer Master
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Purchase Info Records
- Pricing Conditions
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems.
- Handle mass uploads, change requests, validations, and corrections.
- Follow defined governance processes and approval workflows.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and IT teams.
- Support audits, data quality checks, and periodic reconciliations.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight timelines.
Additional Responsibilities (MDM Master)
- Act as functional lead for master data operations.
- Review and approve critical master data changes.
- Guide and mentor MDM Executives.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Serve as key point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 master data:
- Article / Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Customer Master
- BOM
- Purchase Info Records
- Pricing Maintenance
- Solid understanding of end-to-end master data lifecycle.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fast learner with strong execution capability.
- Comfortable operating in changing and ambiguous environments.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience Requirements
- MDM Executive: Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP MDM experience.
- MDM Manager: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant SAP MDM experience, including team or process leadership.
- Hindi Mandatory
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in large retail or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with mass data tools (LSMW, BDC, or equivalent).
- Understanding of downstream impacts on MM, SD, PP, and FI modules.
