Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire mobile application development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
Lead functional responsibilities, including development, testing, optimization, and maintenance.
Conduct and review code quality, documentation, and compliance with best practices.
Manage team/client/vendor interactions, gathering requirements, incorporating feedback, and ensuring post-deployment support.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones such as feature releases, updates, and bug fixes.
Develop and implement team initiatives to build a positive and productive work culture.
Provide leadership with updates, reports, and dashboards to facilitate transparent communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations and aligned project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Additional certifications in Flutter / Mobile Application Development preferred.

Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
Experience in RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, Firebase, and cloud services.
Proficiency in state management solutions (Provider, Bloc).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), mobile app architecture & design patterns.
Exposure to GraphQL or similar backend services.

6–8 years of experience in mobile application development.
2–3 years of experience as a Senior Developer handling clients and teams.
Background in mobile app/software development industry.
Experience with cross-platform development and enterprise-level applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage clients and multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for dashboards, reports, and communication.
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Ability to perform statistical and analytical reviews for business insights.
Excellent MIS reporting and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal ability to foster client and team relationships.
Willingness to work from office in Noida (remote only if specifically discussed based on client/business requirement).
