Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide continuous leadership and support to ensure optimal use of NetSuite software.
- Analyze business processes and systems, identifying areas for operational improvement through technology.
- Review NetSuite usage to ensure alignment with business objectives; suggest enhancements.
- Develop business requirements, configure NetSuite, and implement customizations.
- Architect solutions for complex business needs, including configurations, integrations, and technical components.
- Support Finance & Operations with research and consultation (e.g., Tax).
- Define functional requirements and designs for automation and integration testing.
- Customize fields, record types, reports, dashboards, and page layouts in NetSuite.
- Prepare system integration testing, scripts, and test data.
- Design system enhancement processes, including training and communication for end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address priority gaps and optimize processes.
- Draft design specifications, estimates, and ensure on-time delivery of NetSuite configurations/customizations.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in NetSuite configuration and management.
- Strong expertise in OneWorld implementations, Revenue Management, and Multi-Entity environments.
- Experience in project-based organizations.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage pressing deadlines and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Creativity in developing and presenting new approaches and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international travel.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Salary: Based on Long Beach, CA pay scale (adjusted for candidates in other states, if required).
Location: Remote (Work in U.S. business hours, 4 PM – 2 AM IST).
