Presales Executive

Job Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve targets for lead qualification, site visits, virtual site visits, and bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
  • Enrich customer experience by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right property.
  • Screen and segment prospects as per the pre-defined process.
  • Ensure compliance with processes and quality parameters.
  • Convince customers to attend virtual site visits and guide them through the buying journey.
  • Act as a mediator between customers and sales agents, advising buyers on price and offers.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospective buyers.
  • Familiarize yourself with property offerings to effectively communicate benefits.
  • Collaborate with the team, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.
  • Consistently meet sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
  • Proven ability to convince and engage with customers.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation mandatory.
  • Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA.
  • Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore.
