Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets for lead qualification, site visits, virtual site visits, and bookings.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
- Enrich customer experience by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right property.
- Screen and segment prospects as per the pre-defined process.
- Ensure compliance with processes and quality parameters.
- Convince customers to attend virtual site visits and guide them through the buying journey.
- Act as a mediator between customers and sales agents, advising buyers on price and offers.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Familiarize yourself with property offerings to effectively communicate benefits.
- Collaborate with the team, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.
- Consistently meet sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
- Proven ability to convince and engage with customers.
- Customer-centric approach with strong sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Graduation mandatory.
- Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA.
- Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore.
