Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Biogas Purification (CBG) projects from design review to final commissioning.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and ensure smooth coordination with design, procurement, and statutory bodies.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and oversee installation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with ISO/OSHA standards.
- Conduct FAT/SAT, manage automation systems (PLC/SCADA), and ensure integration for plant operation.
- Oversee commissioning, training of operators, O&M documentation, and project closure reports.
- Manage O&M of commissioned plants including scheduled/breakdown maintenance and performance reviews.
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in STP/WTP/ZLD/ETP projects with proven turnkey project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), instrumentation, PLC/SCADA automation, and control systems.
- Experience in project planning software (MS Project/Primavera).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS, IEC, NFPA, ISO, etc.).
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related).
- 15–20 years of experience in relevant projects, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
