Project Management Executive – EPC Projects (Remote Operations)

Job Location: remote

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in coordinating multiple projects and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain contracts, executed change orders, and purchase orders in project folders.
  • Maintain drawing and submittal logs during construction phases.
  • Manage RFI logs for both client and BGE requirements.
  • Use Procore to manage logs, transmittals, and updates.
  • Coordinate with procurement: track deliverables, update PMs, follow up with vendors, and manage change orders.
  • Perform vendor and stakeholder outreach, including cold calling when necessary, to gather updates.
  • Collaborate with the Document Controller to ensure project file compliance and standardization.
  • Understand and support electrical discipline requirements within the project scope.

Key Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of project engineering workflows on EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Wrike, or Microsoft Projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Good understanding of interdisciplinary activities, engineering deliverables, and supplier lifecycle management.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably with a background in Project Engineering).
  • Certifications or training in data analysis will be an advantage.
  • 4–5 years of experience in EPC projects is mandatory.

Remote (Night Shift – US Timings: 10 PM to 6 AM IST)
