Roles and Responsibilities
- Support project managers in coordinating multiple projects and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain contracts, executed change orders, and purchase orders in project folders.
- Maintain drawing and submittal logs during construction phases.
- Manage RFI logs for both client and BGE requirements.
- Use Procore to manage logs, transmittals, and updates.
- Coordinate with procurement: track deliverables, update PMs, follow up with vendors, and manage change orders.
- Perform vendor and stakeholder outreach, including cold calling when necessary, to gather updates.
- Collaborate with the Document Controller to ensure project file compliance and standardization.
- Understand and support electrical discipline requirements within the project scope.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of project engineering workflows on EPC projects.
- Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Wrike, or Microsoft Projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good understanding of interdisciplinary activities, engineering deliverables, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably with a background in Project Engineering).
- Certifications or training in data analysis will be an advantage.
- 4–5 years of experience in EPC projects is mandatory.
