Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Track construction-phase drawings and submittals.
- Manage RFI logs and assist with Procore documentation and updates.
- Support procurement activities and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities related to the electrical discipline.
- Standardize and properly store project documents.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Experience with Primavera / Wrike / Microsoft Projects.
- Familiarity with Procore and EPC project workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle global team coordination.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (preferably in Project Engineering discipline).
- 5–7 years of experience in EPC project management (Renewable Energy preferred).
- Training in data analysis is an added advantage.
Salary:
₹13 – ₹18 LPA
