Role Overview:

Promote the hotel’s image and services to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Achieve revenue targets, optimize RevPAR, and implement effective revenue management strategies.

Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business through calls, networking, mailings, and referrals.

Coordinate with departments to meet customer specifications and resolve issues promptly.

Analyze market trends and develop strategies to capture maximum revenue.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, business, and travel accounts.

Participate in trade shows, community events, and professional organizations to enhance visibility and sales.

Perform special projects and contribute to strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality
- 8+ years of experience in hotel sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of sales and hospitality principles
- Ability to analyze market data, make informed decisions, and achieve targets
- CTC: up to 18LPA LPA
