Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Senior AI Voice Bot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for natural language processing, voice interface technology, and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered voice bots that deliver seamless user interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI voice bots leveraging open-source LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models.
- Fine-tune and customize open-source models to suit project requirements.
- Integrate voice recognition and synthesis technologies to create natural interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to ensure alignment and technical excellence.
- Maintain and improve existing voice bot systems based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in open-source LLMs, NLP, and voice AI technologies.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes for internal use and future calability.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience in developing AI voice bots or related NLP projects using open-source LLMs.
- Overall min 6 years of experience in Engineering field .
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with open-source LLM models and related fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis technologies (e.g., Google Speech API, Mozilla DeepSpeech, Tacotron).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling of AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience with conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Botpress). • Contributions to open-source projects in NLP or voice AI communities.
