Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training modules for promoters and merchandisers.
- Conduct product training, soft skills training, and merchandising sessions.
- Support promoter programs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Engage participants through interactive sessions to improve performance.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in handling Promoter Programs in an FMCG company.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging training content tailored to business needs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization.
- Relevant certifications in training/learning & development would be an added advantage.
