Corporate Trainer (Learning & Development)

Job Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training modules for promoters and merchandisers.
  • Conduct product training, soft skills training, and merchandising sessions.
  • Support promoter programs and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Engage participants through interactive sessions to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in handling Promoter Programs in an FMCG company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training content tailored to business needs.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization.
  • Relevant certifications in training/learning & development would be an added advantage.

Salary
