Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Drive sales of Life/Health Insurance products.
- Expand and strengthen the agency network.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Conduct training and development sessions for agents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
Key Requirements
- Graduate (IRDA license preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales or team handling (Life/Health Insurance/CASA Sales/Any BFSI Sales).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
